Tier 2 and 3 customer support: When end-customer issues are escalated, a workforce with higher level of technical expertise is required, to understand and troubleshoot problems. Call centers provide only a first level (Tier 1) support in most cases. Standard procedures used by the Tier 1 customer services are not sufficient to solve a number of end-customer problems. These are escalated to Tier 2 and Tier 3 level staff. They are required to simulate the end-user environment, recreate the problem and then provide feedback to the development team for the problem resolution. The level of technical expertise required makes this business process an ideal outsourcing function for cost reduction.

We provide flexible options for outsourcing models based on the client's needs. Depending on their requirements and budgets, we can work with per agent based pricing, transaction based pricing, and/or joint ventures. For clients who may wish to own their own facilities, we offer the build, operate and transfer (BOT) option.
