Tier 2 and 3 customer support: When end-customer

Call centers provide only a first level (Tier 1) support in
most cases. Standard procedures used by the Tier 1 customer
services are not sufficient to solve a number of end-customer
problems. These are escalated to Tier 2 and Tier 3 level staff.
They are required to simulate the end-user environment, recreate
the problem and then provide feedback to the development team
for the problem resolution. The level of technical expertise
required makes this business process an ideal outsourcing
function for cost reduction.
We provide flexible options for outsourcing models based on

operate and transfer (BOT)

duration of time, Itsumo operates and runs the facility. Once

ownership and management to the client.
